The boy's bathroom truly encapsulates the overall feeling of this revitalized midcentury house. The materials are rooted in midcentury design including penny tile and simple glazed field tile but the color really gives it a more modern feel.​

The design brief for phase II of this gem will address a combination mudroom/office, a dedicated laundry room and the family room.
